Big rooms

I felt unsafe because we were 2 ladies with seven girls with males in the house that has to do everything for us. When I made a booking, I couldn't add another room, because the web showed sold out. When we arrived the tendant gave us two ladies a double bed in a very small room. I asked him for single beds and then he moved us. The bathroom in the room where I slept was having a leaking pipe all over the floor. We couldn't get the television on and couldn't log in. The beds are old and very squeeky. The other room where the girls slept, we could not switch of the light. The other room television also didn't want to work. At breakfast the table was set with sideplates to eat out. The eggs was good, but dished up in one dinner plate. No crockery set on the table. Had to ask for knives and forks. Toast was good, but no butter on the table, had ro ask for it. Tea was made in a jug flask with milk already in the tea, and as I don't drink milk, had to ask for a cup of black tea. THERE WAS NO COFFEE OR ANY JUICE. Thanks for the grated cheese. We would have appreciated bacon and eggs, rather than polony and eggs. As I was also travelling with kids who were going to be very active and busy the day with trials, some cerial would also be added to breakfast, maybe also a fruit. As I knew after the booking and payment made already that I was havng to stay in Laudium, which I'm not fimiliar with the area, I knew it was inside a Indian residential area after I spoke with the owner, she could have put us in one of her ither guesthouses, because on the booking I spesifically asked for a place in Centurion. The gates of the guesthouse was also locked and the number to phone on the name board was not working. Had to stand and wait in the dark street for the tenant to open for us. We felt unsafe. Hope you find this review as a platform to render a better service. Thanks to Mohammed for being helpful and polite during our visit.

Nothing

The owner of this place was only Happy with our money as they couldn't open for us and their gate was locked. We tried calling the number provided but could not go receive help. We then paid for another accommodation. Bad business on their part.

The hospitality of the staff was exceptional. It is sad that the accomodation itself is not good. The cleanliness was poor. The breakfast was horrible

Breakfast was horrible, Shower had hairs all over. Bath tub did not have a stopper

The bed was comfortable

We have been waiting for more than an hour ..no one opened the gates for us and when we call NP one picked up the phone The bathroom was leaking

The area is quite but inside the property there was a little noise of others knocking continuously which disturbed my sleep.

the fact that part of the property inside is smelling cigarettes, breakfast was not what I thought it will be.

Absolutely nothing :(

It is very far from Centurion Central. The area is dirty and dangerous. Right accross a train line. The street and corners were full of dirt. The place looked like a prison from the outside. A man was sitting outside and was not aware that we were staying there for the night. He greated us wearing a vest and shorts. We stood in the hallway for +- 20 min trying to verify the booking with him. He did not even have a email address. My wife and son was sent to a lounge area to sit and the lounge suite was tatted and torn. Kitchen had a dirty fridge with no light in it. Other peoples food in it too. Room was horrible and dirty. There was bread in the drawers of the room. The toilet was unsanitary. Worse place ever. Scary, old fashioned, dirty, unsanitory, horrible, unsafe, scary. It was a total nightmare. Due to that we left straight away. Hopefully we can be refunded by Booking.com as this is no place to send any human being :( I would not reccommend this place to anybody :(
