Amazing customer service

I came with a friend to participate in surrender hill marathon,the place it's so beautiful ,the mountains , the air very crisp,the rooms were clean , quite,no noise , beautiful garden,I definitely will recommend to friends,it s very close to the start and finish of Surrender hill marathon, we were able to walked to the shops and restaurants,we all enjoyed lovely 4km trail run in the morning We stayed two nights and our rooms were kept clean every day

There is nothing I didn't like

Arrived a day early due to unforseen circumstances. Was immediately assisted for the early night arrival and given the option of the room or to upgrade free of charge to the self-catering chalet. Nice quiet area and only 3 blocks walk from the famous Clarens Square.

Booking.com advertises the room with breakfast included. This, however, is not the case. Breakfast is R120-00 extra per person. Just make sure when u book what option you have booked for. Excluding this mishap, I had a great stay. Point to remember is that currently Clarens has a huge water shortage and undergoes water shutdowns during a few hours of the night.

The rooms and facilities were great and the Mountain View incredible.

Brilliant. A full apartment with two bedrooms. Kitchen fully equipped. Bath and shower. Lovely quiet location just 5 minutes walk from the centre. Large lawn area and garden. Off season price - 25 euros - was excellent value for Clarens. Very friendly owner that helped in every way. Top place
