"I can highly recommend the property."

Perfect location , in the centre of town, within close & safe walking distance from shops and restaurants and located next to a very nice coffee shop. The cottage has a big open communal lounge & dining area.

Nothing major is wrong, just little things, eg blinds in the room and bathroom needs repairs; outside areas needs some TLC.
