The Signature Venue and Guesthouse

Location was good

Only thing i liked is that it is a walking distance to Unisa Florida Campus, not far from the malls too

The owner was loud and aggressive towards us on checking in, she was shouting at me for not knowing which gate to use even though the place has no signs in both gates, she shouted at her stuff in front of us, their beds are old and worn out, they can hear you moving in the next room, and their remote gates do not work properly, when you ask for help she shots at you, and we had to share remotes as guests or call when we are at the gate and sometimes they dont pick up, bedding was dusty and unclean.

It was nearer my workplace and didn't travel a long distance. Surrounded by shopping centers but a bit distance from the place.

The staff wasn't hands on and I struggled with a simple thing like a mob. Television is non existent because the venue relies too much on netflix and some rooms has open views.

The room was spacious.

I arrived at five minutes to three at the gat8but the was no one I can contact even the phone was not working for me to call the place but during the week when I was comfirming the booking it was working which was the first turn off and what was the most bad thing was the fridge was not working I told the lady who was working the she said I told the boss but nothing happened until in the morning

The manager was very rude
