Everything was bad

My check in facility was changed so features of the booked and confirmed facility differs...no wifi,there was noise all night due to hosted party which varied from initial booked place

The bed was comfortable, the kitchenette was fully equipped, the bathroom was specious and the water was hot

There were a bunch of loud kids playing outside. They had kids jumping castles, which was also loud. TV challenge, We called for assistance with Netflix connection, and they left us hanging while they promised to get someone else to assist.

Hot water Cleanness

Dirty blankets smelling cigarettes WiFi connection was too bad Didn't receive the breakfast that I expected Heaters don't work and they don't agree that it doesn't work Bed is too bad, it makes sound when you turn Customer service was too bad , they didn't know I was going there while I booked a week before going there ,had to find any available room while am there ,and have to beg for the WhatsApp number to communicate with them while in need of something but i ended up not getting it till i checked out ,and they don't check up on guests. Not a good place for working from home, since there's a noise.

The shower was clean,the room was clean ,the free breakfast

WiFi and Netflix not working

Worth the price , ended up extending our stay.
