Charged a double room rate for the room directly opposite the entrance to the reception. Very small room with no windows at all, so no chance of fresh air. Raising damp on the one wall doesnt help. Compared to the other two rooms members of my family occupied, (which were quite nice) the one I stayed in was a huge dissapointment. I left the aircon on whilst away for dinner to try and help the stuffiness and the owners opened the room to switch the aircon off whilst I was away. There are signs posted clearly indicating that you should switch off the aircon when vacating the room, however then do something about the pokey room with no external windows. I wont be back
