Good value for money, Annemarie was very friendly and helpful. Very clean.

Nice enough room

Hostess was not pleasant. Complaining that she had no staff, and sat on bed stating she sometimes had to get away from it all. No explanation why there was no water, came to room to tell us it was our turn to shower. No explanation how to get out in morning. Claimed she did not receive request that we had pet.

Susan was exceptional!! The customer services was next level. We arrived late but were warmly welcomed and accommodated to suit our family needs. The rooms are incredibly clean and neat. Bedding warm and comfy. The perfect place for an overnight stay. Although we didn’t swim, the pool looked awesome. Our dogs were welcomed and there is some grass for them to stretch their legs. We left very early but Susan was up and on the go.

It’s a little off the beaten track which might be off putting but there is ample parking, it was safe and quiet and easy access to get back on the road. There is not a lot of places to eat but Susan kindly informed us beforehand so we could make alternative arrangements.

We did not stay for breakfast, had to leave early

Was comfortabel, nothing wrong.

Location and secure yard were good

One had to book 2 days in advance to get meals so we ended up having to go buy a gross pie for supper at the only shop that was open in Noupoort. Couldnt get breakfast for the same reason. They should have made a plan to advise us about the meals and also only Ricoffy and powdered milk - at R800.00 night thats not cool
