Room was clean and had all I needed

I would suggest that the bathroom is maintained as there is lots of water leakage. The remote also did not open the gate and I found that our only at 05:00 when I needed to leave with no staff available. Also, no clear instruction of where to put the key on departure

the staff in the reception she was welcoming and friendly

Yhooo the aircon are not working I had to use fan heater, and the water was not hot was just luke warm.

We did not have their breakfast. However the staff and owners were extremely accommodating to my requests for the use of their facility. ... We did experience a problem with the shower at 11pm and the staff immediately fixed it at that time. Service was excellent.

We booked a shower room and they had no shower cap..and we had to go to reception to request toilet paper cuz they forgot to put it in ...... If they could maybe connect phones for us so that we can contact reception if there is a request or emergency ..
