Great hospitality, amazing staff and personal touches.

Its a pity about the noises from cars racing around the neighbourhood - not the hotels fault at all but needs the council's attention for noise and safety reasons.

The staff was friendly and the breakfast was good.

The photos of the room creates the impression of a spacious living area and windows. The living area is a shared space outside the room. The actual bedroom had a small window with no view and consequently a dark space. The air conditioner was faulty and made a disturbing noise. We were provided with a small fan as all rooms were booked and we could not be moved to another room. The staff member on duty was very helpful with regards to the air conditioner issue. The accommodation is in the central town area with quite a bit of traffic noise. It would be good if the above observations be highlighted so that the potential guests could take an informed decision.
