The Staff members are all so friendly,accommodating and professional. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, the gardens are beautiful ❤️ We had the most spectacular hostess, Portia she is an absolute gem.

The guesthouse itself is beautiful. The location is nice and convenient. Receptionist was a lovely lady and so helpful. The guesthouse was flexible with our check in and check out times.

We had a lot of street noise outside our room. The room we stayed in had a completely see through bathroom on the inside. Really inconvenient and not set up well. The guest loo in the reception area was really dirty too. The Nespresso machine we had to clean ourselves. There’s no tea in the room. The setup inside (room 3) is strange. I wouldn’t say it was worth the price I paid at all. They market themselves well but I’m not sure it lives up to the image (room 3)

The rooms were beautiful and clean, and the breakfast was exceptional. The best part about the place is the hostess, Portia. She is friendly and accommodating. One feels right at home.

Portia is an exceptional host and the house is full of history and charm. It's location is perfect - walking distance from some excellent restaurants. We will definitely stay there again.

The bathroom, particularly the large double shower was amazing! The size of the bathroom and the 2 hand basins were a bonus. We particularly wanted an aircon and the cool room on the hot days was so relieving. The breakfast and service / attentiveness from Porche was superb.

We found the beds to be a little more on the firmer side than we would have liked but for 2 nights, it was acceptable. It was unfortunate that we had to kill a small cockroach on the service desk, near the kettle and espresso machine but with the hot weather, probably expected.
