Shower in the room with no privacy, room blinds as opposed to curtains which don’t offer sufficient privacy, damaged ceiling, damage door handles, damaged wooden flooring.

The location is attractive and within walking distance to a shopping mall.

It could be a good idea to place a holder/wedge to hold up the window in the room. A kettle in the room would be ideal.
