Was perfect for our requirements

We loved the views from the patio and also the short walk along the river. Our hosts made such an effort to keep us warm - gas fires on and electric blankets heating the beds when we got back from a wedding at midnight! And delicious breakfast served at 8am in our rooms. Such a treat to have the whole family together in one place.

It would be lovely to have a warm room where the whole family could have breakfast together. I know they have plans for that, so watch this space... I'd love to come back in summer for a swim in the river.

We were looking for a place off road and it was great location . The hosts were welcoming , warm and helpful. helped us with the bond fire and the fire in the room. Will most certainly recommend to those looking for a romantic getaway

The breakfast was the only negative part, but as they were new owners, this will most certainly get better I am sure

Access road, eapecially in rain.

It was such a cozy place, beautiful decor and such a friendly host. The view was breathtaking!

Nothing I could complain about

There was nou trout in the river and no eating utensils.

Lovely quiet place. Our host Graham was very friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend Falling Waters.

I would have liked a microwave in the unit just to warm food as it's not self catering and a bit out off town.
