The tv and wifi. And the the receptionist was very friendly.

The room wa dull. The driveway stripped my car's mud gud and wheeel undercover. It is so uneven

The overall facility doesn't merge with the pictures on the website.

The facility manager and the admin lady were rude on us, by denying with the booking details. The admin lady went extra mile by not providing us with the Wifi password, and when I phone the host asking for it as per the booking information, instead the admin lady came knocking and instructed us to wake up from the beds and follow her to back to the reception. In the reception we were told that we should add extra money for our breakfast, yet the booking states well that the breakfast was included in the final balance. We then phoned the facility manager lady, who ended up sounding rude to us by denying everything written down there. Then we reached the point of asking the refund and we checked out. There wasn't water, power, the Tv remote not working , no air-conditioning, no fridge, no enough linens and the room was too cold, dirty parking, they don't respond to gate entercom.

Close to amenities. Comfortable and clean. Welcoming staff.

The staff were attentive and were ready to serve breakfast without any delay. The location was good and the room comfortable.
