The property is clean and beautiful

The food facility, I think they should improve and provide food facility to those who want to pay for it because we struggled where to eat the whole stay

Place was lovely and clean. The staff was friendly.

Please make sure the is a dish wash and atleast 2 plates, 2 glasses, and cutlery for 2. It would also be nice to have " Doom" in he room as the area is hot and has lots of mosquitoes.

No coffe table. Difficult to eat n chill in a room No privacy between kids n parents (beds) Shower head too small n not effective My room had a hand size hole on wall from outside

Cleanliness and the fact that it was quiet, friendly staff, the pool was perfect for a dip. We had a relaxing vacation.

A suggestion, kitchen towels/ swabs may be beneficial and air scents prior to guests arrival create a sense of calm.

We enjoyed how clean it was. It was close to Pilanesberg. Rooms were near each other and clean. Rooms were spacious and beds comfortable. Coffee, kettle and fridge provided. We felt secure. Staff was up early to let us out on time.

We did not have hot water for bathing during our stay. The AC in our one room leaked water all over the table all night. One room said it would have 5 single beds but had only 3 single beds and 1 double. We did not have soap for washing hands in the bathrooms. No tea provided as an option. Some plugs in the room did not work properly so we had to unplug the fridge to charge our phones overnight.
