The rooms are adequate.

Unfortunately, our room was infested with a huge amount of small insects. I asked for spray to get rid of them as well as a broom. At no time was any kind of assistance offered. We spent almost an hour trying to get rid of them. They were everywhere! At no point in time did the owners even ask if everything was okay. Very disappointing. Our neighbour the following morning also commented on the amount of the insects in his room. I do understand that we were on a farm, however you don't expect an infestation of insects all over the floor, skirtings and curtains. I really expected one of the owners to rectify the issue.

Easy to find. Megan was very helpful and friendly. She also assisted with making a change to my booking. Much appreciated.

DSTV not working 🤷🏼‍♀️no soap in the bathroom, no chair/desk in the room. Very old bedding.

Conveniently located on a farm just outside Delareyville, this B&B offers very basic facilities to travelers. The rooms are clean and neat, but exceptionally basic, literally providing a comfortable bed for the night.

Not even a small cake of soap or shower gel is provided, let alone a small towel to dry one's hands. Definitely not suited to business travelers needing to do a bit of work during the evening, as the small table in the room was rickety and there wasn't even a chair to sit on.

The rooms are so clean, big and bed is comfortable. There is also air conditioning, a fridge and a microwave which is great

The location is the only positive about this facility

This was the worst facility we slept in during the holiday - not sure how they got the rating on this site. It was not cleaned - food on the TV, worms in the toilet and rust on the doorframes and shower to name just a few (sorry could not get photos of the dirty bedding). When highlighting it to the owner - to help them improve - he said we are just difficult and will give our money back if we do not rate him badly. When we refuse it, he threatened that he will rate us badly - thus not the best host possible. Stay away except if you love farm animal noises throughout the night right next to your room.

It is a budget facility you get what you pay for. Hosts were quiet and unintrusive. Nice farm vibe. Nice central room to relax and watch tv etc. Nice garden
