all the facilities were fine. Parking, room, friendliness...

there was NO WATER . I was unable to shower and had to get a 5Lt water bottle to wash. As for curtains: I wish BnB establishments would use net curtains in the windows as its impossible to open the curtains for light and fresh air, but then everybody can see into the room as there are NO NET CURTAINS . Only the heavy light blocking curtains. NOT suitable for female travellers to have NO NET CURTAIN. I had to dress and do my hair and make up with closed curtains do the room was dark. NET curtains would enable privacy and light.
