"The stay was pleasant."

No breakfast provided; it is a self-catering establishment.

Deidre's tone when she indicated that she could not get hold of us to confirm some things on the booking was unprofessional, especially when she insisted that she called us with no response and yet we have no record of missed calls from her. She was actually quite rude.
