The staff member was nice

I had to shower with cold water both days On the first day I got room on the bottom floor. The windows in the bathroom didn't close, the bathroom door couldn't close, I couldn't sleep the Ole night worried what if someone gets in the bathroom window as both couldn't close nor lock. The windows in the bedroom did not have a lace curtains so when people pass by they can see everything in the room. So I had to close the curtains all the time which made the room dark as the lights were also not that bright. I was moved upstairs which was better as at least no one could see through the windows. On the 1st day the linen was dirty. The microwave was filthy inside.

The room was not clean. Bedding was not freshly washed and not clean. Room and bathroom was dusty. The floors were dirty. Could definitely have done better.

Everything about Scenery was exceptional, the staff are lovely people. It is also such a peaceful place to stay at, the view from the balcony is gorgeous.

The was having ants everywhere we couldn’t eat our food properly

The door to the room looked like it has been broken into before. No coffee in the room. No batteries in the aircon remote. Plug points do not have covers. The ceiling in the bathroom doesn’t look like its ever been cleaned.
