Location of the property is lovely, tranquil. Peaceful spaces available to sit and enjoy the nature and quiet. The room’s outside shower is a winner. It is the staff though that made this getaway so wonderful. It was my mother’s 80th birthday and the staff were always willing to assist and they made the weekend truly memorable with their care, kindness and professionalism. They were also most helpful in accommodating dietary (gluten free) needs.

We loved the location, it was great value for money and a perfect place to relax. Overall, we had a wonderful experience, and our 2-year-old enjoyed it the most.

The menu was quite limited, and there wasn’t a proper kiddies menu. Toddlers can be quite selective, so having dedicated options for them would really help. With the limited menu, portions were fixed, making it difficult to substitute or get more of a dish if you didn’t like or eat another option. The lack of fridges in the rooms was a downside, especially when travelling with children. We usually carry snacks that need refrigeration, and it’s also important for guests who may need to store medication like insulin. Our room was not serviced during the two nights we stayed. The bin became very full due to diapers, and the room got messy with a child playing around. Daily housekeeping and replenishing bottled water would greatly improve the experience.

If you are looking for accommodation that gives you nature, quiet tranquility. This is your place. I was grateful not to worry about any cooking. The chef did an amazing job. Every staff member had a special role. The final touches was the Easter hunt for the kids. Thank you. Well trained staff and will definitely be back.

The mattress in room 6 needs to be replaced. But no biggy, we still loved it

Breakfast was good.

Bathrooms could be cleaner. There was a hairball in my shower. There was no hot water for my morning shower.

I liked their hiking trail.

The room they assigned me in had no hot water, the entire stay they kept promising to fix it but to no success until my check out time.

The place is very quiet. The wild animals and birds give it a very peaceful setting. The staff is friendly and helpful. Two meals a day is the perfect way to de-stress as you you don't have to worry about cooking meals.
