Nelly and youngman are good when it comes to customer service and are excellent

What I saw you on booking is different... poor Not in order. Not clean Poor hygiene Poor shower needs repair Smell of paint No formal reception Shortage of staff No television No AC No appliances for charging No security guards No security on the rooms, the doors gives a lot of fear and any criminals can enter freely Not up enhancement standard Very poor

I was welcome by the big hole on the ceiling , and there was no privacy , the kitchen was a disaster. The place needs a lot of improvement.

The location was good Staff was friendly and helpful It was clean

Bed linen was torn and discoloured Bathroom mirror was broken No desk and chair for using the laptop Plug location in the bedroom is impractical (extension cord would be helpful) Ironing board needs more cushioning

There are no TV or radios in the rooms the staff is good but the place is not good at all it's in a bad situation

Rooms are not good at all no TV it's in abad situation it doesn't worth it i will never book there again

Nothing at all did not stay there at all. And DID NOT GET OUR MONEY BACK. Its NOT a Guest house. This place should not even be on Booking.com. Hope you enjoy the money that you do not want to give back with your false advertising

Did not like the place the location of the place nothing was as it was shown on the site ones again false advertising. Hole in the sailing place not clean.
