The staff was very kind and understanding even though I had a last minute booking They were understanding of my situation and promptly offered me a room

There was nothing to dislike. Everything was in point

Location was good as it was close to my sister. Staff were friendly and approachable and very helpful.

Units were not well looked after. Sheets were not clean The shower in room 4 did not work properly I was asked to move twice during my stay as others had booked the rooms I was in - I did not understand this. Although I was greatful as room 2 was a better room with a better shower than rooms 3 and 6. The units were not very clean - cobwebs in the shower, even after the unit was cleaned. Mold in the bathrooms. Bedding was stained. Fixtures in bathroom broken, like some window handles were completely broken off Ants in room 4 Shower heads not great In room 4 the sink tap did not work properly. No soap or hand towels in the bathrooms

Excellent and good place to visit again and recommend to family and friends

Staff was extremely good and friendly, so helpful when needed and the cleanness of the rooms and the property.

There was no electricity n I had to go look for another place to sleep

They could help me n they told me that there is nothing that they can do for me
