"Bad"

Nothing was pleasant about the stay

Security issues - outside table and chairs are chained to the floor to prevent items from being stolen. We were told of theft happening at the neighbours - obviously a petty theft crime area. No secure parking - parts stolen from our vehicle on the first night. As regards Wi-Fi, kids told not to use You Tube! No privacy. Only stayed 2 nights of a 5 night booking - arranged alternative accommodation for kids after 1st night. Never again!!!

The overall hospitality, friendliness, and the warm reception we received from the phone call on to entering the facility. Great hosts and a well organised tour to what is on the facility, as well as making you part of a homely environment like it is your own.

This is the perfect setting if you like peace and quietness of the Plettenberg bay tranquillity. All was good and well.
