I didn’t even sleep at the guesthouse, when I was on my way I received a call from them telling me that they are fully booked. They said I must cancel and I told them it is impossible because I already made the payment. I then can on the Tuesday after and I spoke to them and asked for a refund, I’m still waiting and they are no longer taking my calls.

First class treatment by the staff.Very safe environment.Easy to access the location.It close for shopping.. Peaceful and quite.

Neat place

1.I booked via Bookings.com on 3rd August but was told that my name does not appear and the only room left was booked a day before,I was asked by the young lady on duty to provide proof of booking and later given that room which was not what I booked for as it did not have an ensuit.What would have happened had I lost my phone and failed to provide proof?the person responsible to manage booking MUST do his/ her work diligently as this happens to the second time at the same guest house. 2.Coming back in the evening I had to wait at the gate for about 30 minutes as the lady who had to open was maybe asleep,I was helped by another guest who happened to be outside to arlet the lady after hooting for almost 30 minutes.This will expose guest s to dangers of the night and the was no apology forwarded from that lady.I suggest that remotes should be made available to all guests to eliminate this challenge. 3.Check out time is 11h 00 as stated but the young lady who was on duty nagged my partner to leave at 10am stating that she doesn't know the 11h00 check out time. 4.Please control noise in the evening as people have to be considerate to other guest,the young lady informed me that I have to ask the fellow guest to reduce the sound and we exchange words as I stated that it was not my duty to do that,she must be taught how to deal with guests.
