The property was nice and quiet. We had a room on the backside with a view on the pool.

We had an amazing stay, we were upgraded to a suite upon availability, the room was beautiful, comfortable, very clean and pampering. Breakfast was delicious with home made materials and we were warmly welcomed by Jessica that was incredibly nice and helpful.

The breakfast was the highlight, delicious. The views to the vineyard and background mountains are beautiful. The rooms were clean.

We didn't like the "false advertisement" they did on Booking and the way the lady at reception spoke to us. Here is the story: we booked a standard room with air conditioning, and we expected an outdoor jacuzzi/hot tub as it was described on Booking. But when we got there, a man checked us in and didn't even say anything until we noticed that the air conditioning wasn't working. When asked about it, he said they stopped working 2 days before, and it was a central system, so none of the rooms had it. Without the air conditioning we had to keep the windows and doors open as it was quite hot inside and because our room was located by a noisy road with constant traffic sounds we asked them to move us to another room facing the pool to minimize the noise. The man was friendly and understood our request and moved us there with no hesitation, considering was only for one night anyway, agreeing that wouldn't have any extra charges. The problem is that when we checked out with a woman, she was quite sarcastic, saying she didn't understand why they had to move us to a "superior room", and gave a different reason why the air conditioning wasn't working, due to Italian laws (because in October start to get colder therefore not necessary to use it?!). The outdoor hot tub wasn't hot either, and what we would appreciate is to be honest and change the description on Booking so at least people know what to expect whatever their reasons truly are. The rooms got two single beds put together with two single blankets, so it was not ideal for couples either. The towels smelled vinegar (even though that is for cleaning purpose, was quite a strong smell). And the main light in the room didn't turn off, so we had to turn off through the general power to sleep, which meant we had no electricity.

Amazing view, tasty wine, nice staff.

The bed was not comfortable. If you add a mattress pad it would be much better, but without it you can feel the springs.
