Value for money

When I arrived , no staff were present at property, I appeared to be the only guest at the wole hotel ? I had to ring the hotel and ask them to come to the door of the hotel to greet me an let me in. I paid extra for bed and breakfast when I booked online. When I arrived breakfast was never mentioned by the receptionist who appeared to be the only other person in the Hotel rather than myself. Breakfast was not served in the morning and breakfast was never actually mentioned even though it clearly stated bed and breakfast at the time of booking. Walked out of the Hotel hungry.

Friendly helpful owner, tried to help but language major problem, even with translate

Transport issues, waited over two hours for grab motorbike never showed up, owner ordered taxi who took me to wrong bus station and then overcharged me for his mistake. Scam bike taxis pretending to be grab, offer me drugs, drinking and girls.
