Never had a no shoe policy before. Not a big deal but stayed in many places and it was a first. Felt like owners watched over us during breakfast

Rose & Phillip were extremely helpful from the off, supporting us with early check ins and a tax service where we had been let down with lifts. We enjoyed a great breakfast and were extremely comfortable overnight.

Beautiful room finished to a very high spec

The latest breakfast sitting was 9am which was a little too early for us on a bank holiday weekend after attending a wedding reception. But other than that it was a really lovely and comfortable stay.
