La proprietaria è stata poco accogliente, poco disponibile e abbastanza arrogante, ovvero per certi versi addirittura pretestuosa su alcuni servizi prenotati/previsti attraverso Booking (es. parcheggio auto). Inoltre l’assegnazione della stanza non era coerente con quanto prenotato attraverso Booking, o perlomeno in fase di prenotazione non è mai stato menzionato la tipologia di stanza assegnata al piano inferiore, ovvero in termini di rapporto qualità /prezzo e’ molto basso.

Un buon posto dove soggiornare, se visitate Bari. Proprietaria molto gentile e disponibile. Abbiamo potuto scegliere anche tra diverse camere. La possibilità di effettuare il check-in tardivo e il parcheggio gratuito lo rendono un buon posto per un viaggio in auto. Quindi, consiglierei senza problemi questo posto!

Il rubinetto della cucina avrebbe bisogno di essere riparato e forse una profilassi dell'intero alloggio non guasterebbe.
