Location and view, complimentary tea and coffee, very clean with effective air-conditioning.

The room was a bit smaller than expected. Not much room to move around. Very noisy all day long, especially from the neighbors (extremely loud music in the morning). 10:00 am is too early for check-out, especially considering that check-in is after 16:00.
