Central location. Bottles of water were provided. The host was easy to reach and flexible with the checkin time.

It was dirty (bathroom, floors, walls..). Very noisy, you can hear everything from the surrounding rooms and the hallway of the building (elevator). Didn’t get any sleep. Someone opened the door to our room before official checkout while we were still in bed.

The place is overall very good and comfortable. The owner was really nice and friendly. He also offered us free coffee and water. As a location is perfect - 5 minutes walking from all central points in the city - Bari central station, old tow, sea, main shopping street, little shops in the area. Perfect!

The only thing I didn't like is that there was a hair from a former guest in my towel, but this is a coinsidence I guess.

The host was easy to contact, also to do the checkin&checkout. The apartment is at a great location to reach the old town, like 10min walk max. The design is modern and the price was quite fair. Free coffee. For a couple days this accomodation was ok, but not for longer in my opinion.

We got Room4, and it felt lacking some maintenance. Climate had very low efficiency and took noticeable time to heat up the small room in January, aircon unit was dirty and had mold... Room had a window for an internal space, full of garbage and multiple aircon outer units next to it which was extremely loud when running. Doors also lacked sound deadening, unfortunately. Lack of internal storage options for clothes, one of the 2 shelves was broken. Other rooms might be better. The common area kitchen is not so highly equipped.

La pulizia del bagno e della camera erano insufficienti

La habitación es muy moderna y las instalaciones están muy bien, la limpieza es excelente y está muy bien ubicado para lo que es Bari, hacés todo caminando. Recomendable.

Creo que la atención podría mejorar, les hablé por whatsapp para preguntarles algo y jamás me respondieron, sólo me hablaron cuando hice el checkout para que los califique bien... Por otro lado en las fotos pareciera que la "cocina en común" está mejor equipada y la realidad es que no tiene ni para calentar leche para un café. La gente ha estado calentado leche en la pava eléctrica y está totalmente sucia e inusable para ponerle agua. Estaría bueno si sumaran un microondas o algo así. O que no publiquen la propiedad con kitchinette si lo único que incluye es una cafetera..
