"Fantastic and relaxing."

Lovely little property with an amazing garden. Spacious twin room with en-suite and use of a living room area. Nice and quiet but not too far from anywhere, good for a base to explore both Devon and Cornwall. Terry and Ali were exceptional hosts, could not do enough for you, served amazing breakfasts and were so knowledgeable about the local area!

LOCATION: Great base for visiting Cornwall & Devon. On A39 - can visit all areas. Hosts are so welcoming and helpful. Excellent breakfasts - whatever you wish for. Return to base in evening and have a lovely glass of wine in the garden. What more could you ask for.

"This was an execptional find which we would like to revisit when in the area."

We were made very welcome and the hosts couldn't have done more for us. It was especially kind to include an afternoon tea during our stay. The opportunity to bring takeaways in if we so desired providing plates, cutlery etc. A welcome touch.

Terry and Allie were very helpful and accommodating of diet. Choice was excellent and very well cooked. Westpoint was easy to find and we enjoyed our stay. Tables and chairs in the garden to enjoy the sun was very appreciated

"Very nice B and B"

Very clean and spacious. Lovely bathroom.and shower. Really loved the garden, especially the great view at the end. Very nice to have the use of a fridge and microwave so can eat supper in garden, and not have to go out. Good breakfast too. There are a lot of things to remember, and I'm sorry we left the key in the inside door by mistake! For us the location was perfect.
