Lokalita, personál, jídlo, ubytování, parkování vše bylo výborné. Dokonce jsme se domluvili i česky, jídelní lístek také v češtině.

Restaurant which belongs to the pension was very good, fast, with good prices and choices. I also have to appreciate that breakfast was from the menu and not buffet as there were no left food, waste and the choice was perfect. Very well done. The room was clean with some minor thing in the bathroom. 5 minutes walk to the spa is also a great advantage.

Heating was not on despite it was still a little cold and we had a lot of wet things from the spa. But in the end all was dry the next morning,,, so not an issue. Unfortunately there was one thing I have to share... We arrived at 8pm and the restaurant which is also a reception was very busy. I was standing at the bar / reception and a young lady came to ask what I need. I asked her if we just can check in as we just arrived before we go for a dinner. Her reaction was very brief. SHE ROLLED HER EYES AND LEFT without a word.. I was standing there totally shocked. I was trying to get her attention but she was just ignoring me and only after 10 additional minutes she very nastily said that we have to wait 2 hours until the restaurant is less busy. So I said "what if we put our luggage back to the car, take a seat and have a dinner" and she said yes, you can... well that should have been her idea and recommendation right? Or they should have it on their sites or whatever... In the end we had a dinner and another very nice lady came in the middle and took our IDs to check us in, so it worked. But this one lady rolling her eyes was just a big shock. Honestly if we would have not paid for the accommodation, I would consider to cancel and go somewhere else...

Líbilo se nám, že to byl malý rodinný penzionek. Personál byl neskutečně milý a příjemný. Nádherně čisté a udržované pokoje. Snadné ubytování, parkování přímo u penzionu. Snídaně byla naprosto fantastická. Nebyla bufetového stylu, ale servírovaná. I tak byl skvělý výběr. Večeře v restauraci se nedají slovy popsat. Už dlouho jsme nejedli tak dobré jídlo a k tomu skvělá vína. Děkujeme a rádi se vrátíme.
