B&B-Edam

Hele aardige mensen. We voelden ons erg welkom en ze dachten leuk met ons mee wat we konden doen. Ook een hele leuke omgeving.

We were two couples travelling on our bicycles. Location was great and within walking distance to a great restaurant/pub We were able to secure our bicycles in the garage overnight. The hosts were very kind and accommodating.

Very well located property, in a quiet terraced housing estate. Just a few minutes by bike to the center of Edam and Wolendam and the sea. Idyllic scenery. Free parking. Close to a large supermarket. The hosts are very nice. A definite plus is the possibility of staying in a real Dutch house. The room itself is very large and has a beautiful view of the canal and garden.

The room is on the second floor and there are very steep and narrow stairs leading there. The furniture is very basic, basically just beds (two double and two single). It is not cozy and could need renovation. We could not connect to the internet.

The balcony provided a stunning view, and the hosts were warm and welcoming, making us feel immediately at home. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, and the location was perfect for exploring the nearby attractions.

The stairs leading to the room were a bit tricky to navigate, which could be challenging for some guests.

location is a bit away from amsterdam. quickly reachable with car. but with local transport it will take around 1 hour to reach there. but the accomodation is good.

location is bit away if you travel with the local transport system. and you can not talk loud in the night.
