"Great hosts,great location, great room,great breakfast!"

Sue and Paul were great hosts, instantly felt at ease in their home. Great location for the sea front. Excellent bath tub! Double room was clean, cosy and comfortable with all the amenities you could want. Thanks for a lovely stay.

Happy with everything, only minor minor suggestion is to maybe replace the TV with a bigger one, doesn't need a dvd player just access to Netflix etc (this in no way impacted on our stay)

A nice quiet location. Sue and Paul were excellent hosts and couldn’t do enough to make sure we enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was excellent and plentiful. Our room was very comfortable.

Location, easy to park & safe off road Made us feel so welcome even our over friendly pooch Breakfast was amazing All facilities u could need and extras you would never expect Wonderful couple couldn’t be more accommodating We would definitely stay here again #smugglesouthomemadebread

Excellent hosts, beautiful setting room was fitted out with all that is required for your stay. The breakfast was excellent with so many choices and thank you for the smoothies. Would certainly recommend and stay here again

Host is fantastic, breakfast is bountiful. Nice bath.

Needs a total makeover and deep cleaning. Bed/pillows is to firm. Private bathroom is entered by common hall. Poor location in relation to Deal waterfront. Windows need cleaning. Just a spare upstairs room in a house.

It was perfect and all we needed for our stay in Deal. Easy communication with Sue and Paul. Huge and tasty breakfast. Great location. We highly recommend it.
