Flores Passport House

Beautiful modern house with a really luxurious feeling.

There was an ant nest on/in my bed, with thousands of eggs. After telling one of the workers, they just swiped some of my bed and threw it on the floor. They told me that they have to fix that… They were clearly coming from the roof as well. I think i’ve killed over 40 (flying) ants that night, just in my bed. Not what you expect from an expensive apartment. Didn’t get any compensations as well.

Suggestions for improvement: Fan/s in common area . It is quite open but still gets no breeze is quite stifling I was very glad I rifled the cupboards and eventually found a plunger for the coffee The staff then put it somewhere else. What's the point of putting out coffee if there's no facility to use it NO beverages were offered with the VERY minimal breakfast 1 egg on toast !!! There is nothing other than concrete steps to sit on around the pool - and nothing to lie on The shower heads might be groovy but totally not utilitarian The rooms have no ventilation which is fine if you don't mind a noisy aircon

Juste un détail mais il est très difficile de sortir de la piscine sans escalier ni échelle.

Very clean , great location, friendly and helpful staff. Lovely semi open breakfast area. Would definitely stay again

No loungers at the pool

Propere en mooie kamers in een rustige omgeving. Het eten ´s avonds was kraakvers, lekker, en de breakfast box die we meekregen naar de luchthaven simpel maar lekker. We hebben onze was laten ophalen en ondanks onze vlucht plots vervroegd werd, heeft het hotel er alles aan gedaan om tijdig alles gewassen terug te bezorgen. De manager (denk ik? Sorry, ik ken je naam niet) sprak erg goed Engels en heeft ons erg goed geholpen. Nogmaals bedankt daarvoor!
