Bretton Cottage

We loved the room, which had so much space - it seems much bigger in person than the photos look and was very clean. Andrew was a brilliant host, providing a warm welcome and getting us settled in despite our relatively late arrival. A lovely breakfast, plenty to choose from and nice and filling to set us up for the day.

Amazing location - we felt like we were on top of the world. Friendly host, great pub next door for evening meals. Would recommend to friends.

Excellent location with great views overlooking Derbyshire

Andrew and karen were brilliant hosts. When we returned at night an extra radiator had been switched on so it was very cosy. Plenty of choice for breakfast, comfy bed, lovely bathroom. It’s in the middle of nowhere, so picturesque and a pub next door that cooks amazing local produce.

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like

Bretton Cottage is well situated, right on top of a hill, the views are breathtaking. The room was very clean and tidy ,and the breakfast was great, too. We would like to thank our amazing host, Andrew, and to say that we will definitely book again.
