Character beautifully finished. Quiet but very close to Holt & surrounding areas.

We loved the beautiful surroundings, the room and the guest house were decorated beautifully and were spotless. We slept so well. Great mattress, lovely down duvet and so peaceful. Great shower room too and view of the fields and chickens. Breakfast (food and service) was really fantastic, we loved it. The homemade bread was so appreciated as was the perfectly cooked breakfast.

Lovely location, very comfortable bed and a beautiful room. It was a lovely evening when we returned from eating out (I would highly recommend Michael's bistro in Holt) and we were welcomed to sit in the garden to drink our Prosecco! Everything was brilliant, Stephen and Andy have thought of everything, and nothing is too much trouble.

. On a personal note I would've liked to choose cold breakfast items buffet style, with an option of ordering cooked items, but that's probably because I am a small eater. Saying that, here is a huge choice on the breakfast menu.

The breakfast was excellent. The best we had during our visit to the area. The hosts were very generous with their help and information. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to be back soon.

It’s a beautifully restored lodge with a garden filled with trees and lavender. You can sit outside on a summer evening and enjoy the views over the ancient landscapes and open fields . The hosts were exceptionally welcoming. They made more than an effort
