It’s uniqueness and lovely helpful staff

This is an amazing building in the heart of Holt, we stayed in the attic room which was so lovely and quirky! we had a lovely evening meal and breakfast and staff were very attentive and very helpful. would 100% recommend a stay here.

The room was beautiful, decor was stylish and nice touches to make you feel welcome such as fresh flowers, complementary shortbread, tea and cake.

We queued for breakfast with all the public popping in initially but didn’t need to as we were residents. If this was made clear on arrival it would have been a 10/10 rating.

No residence bar , but you can have drinks served to your dinning table

Quirky, everything was so lovely. In particular all of the staff were so amazing rarely you find the full package our two nights stay for my birthday was perfect friendly helpful genuine happy staff. Everything was really clean which is a big must for me. The food was gorgeous. the breakfast were beautiful everything you could wish for.

The bedroom was elegant, with little extras and additions, such as bath salts, eye masks, milk jug etc. The decor was beautiful and tasteful. Exceptionally clean and a well maintained. The restaurant for evening meal and breakfast had great menu choices using local produce. We loved the cosy feel to it.
