The location was excellent. The TV and streaming services were also very good. The apartment was very clean.

It wasn't made clear on Booking.com that the parking space was 10 minutes walk away from the apartment.

Very spacious 2BR apartment with complete kitchen capable of self catering. Easy 10minute walk from centre of town. Elevator access for ease of bringing in heavy bags. Sound proofing good and we could not hear any other residents and only outside noise of consequence is when the waste bins were being picked upd up.

Parking adjacent to apartment a bit pricey at £3.70/hr during day and £2 O/N. However, we were given option of free parking at a pub 10minute walk away which we found convenient. There was a coffee machine that used pods but only two supplied. We had our own ground coffee but there was no plunger supplied.

Friendliness of the host, spotless clean, well equipped and spacious apartment, excellent location. Beds were really comfortable. Attention to little details in house decor and equipment made it a very cozy stay.

Some car/lorry noises in the early morning but nothing the host could do. Overall it was a great stay.

The central location, the free parking, the cleanlyness and comfort of the apartment. The quality of the beds, the completeness of the kitchen articles, the ease of access. The city. The proximity of other interesting sites in the area (We went for a stroll in Rye, Folkestone and Deal).

The apartment is compact but very well arranged. The only thing we can think of is the rather small breakfast table and tiny chairs, but no big deal to us. Left hand driving on narrow Kent single carriage roads?

The property is very conveniently located. There is plenty of space. I also appreciated the friendly welcome and orientation to the apartment.

Getting the heating right was a bit of a challenge. I did not want to waste energy, but I often found myself a bit chilled. Also, I was disappointed to find that the apartment building did not recycle. I ended up carrying items over to the cathedral grounds, where there were recycling receptacles. Looked funny, but it did the job.
