The price, and the shower water was hot and the shower head was removable so I could have a proper shower!

Everything is so tiny, the room size, the bathroom, the toilet, the sink, and the shower place. If you are a big guy or a tall person then this place is not for you. Also the wall is so thin with no soundproofs. I can even heard the person next room snoring. And because the whole family also live here, you can hear EVERYTHING while they are talking in the kitchen. They even started doing laundry 7am in the morning and the pipe constantly made a noise right next to my room. Draining system in the shower was also very slow so I had to stop in between my shower several times so the water doesn’t leak outside.
