Hideout at the Rim

The room was spacious and common areas were conducive to relaxation and meeting fellow travelers. The kitchen was available for use and stocked with spices etc. Breakfast was tasty and generous. The area was removed from downtown and was quiet and scenic. The decor is fun.

The bathroom didn’t appear well cleaned. The towels were dingy. There was no selection of pillow firmness. Heat was not adjustable by room and so when a fellow guest set it to 74, our room got very warm. We never met our hosts

Incredible views! I felt very comfortable, safe, and peaceful. Access to numerous sites and trails. Great dining recommendations by Tyler of the management company. Best B&B breakfast I've ever had.

Walls were thin so another guest turned off my clothes dryer even though it wasn’t past 10 pm. Also wish breakfast was a little earlier. we missed 2 because we wanted to get to NPs early and avoid crowds.

Convenient location and nice decor in common areas

The staff were exceedingly rude and difficult to contact. No one answers the phone at any point, and messages sent to the missed call texting service were ignored. This made the property really hard to find, and when we forgot an item and wanted to verify it was still in our hotel room, we had to drive back for an hour rather than talk to the staff member who was there. The sole staff member who was present at breakfast berated members of our party for not wanting eggs. No effort was to made to inquire about dietary requirements including allergies which members of our party had. The rooms were cold and there was no way to adjust the thermostat individually or provide additional heat in a very cold month

I have had egg bake but never with biscuits.It was delicious and fresh.The yogurt parfait with fresh fruit made the breakfast sweet and savory

Main porch light wasn’t working.We arrived late and it was difficult finding the front door .

Breakfast was very delicious but was early morning.. 7:30-8:30.. Could have been 7:30-9
