Don Muir Guesthouse

I liked the location: quiet and without traffic, uphill so going down to the town the view was beautiful. I liked the lady owner, she was very kind and understanding. There was even the snack and a little breakfast offered, that you can take in case of hunger (it is not included, it is an extra kindness and care).

The bathroom was a little cold, it took some time to warm it up.

Really nice, little guesthouse in a lovely location, the center of Oban on 10 minutes walking distance. The host gave us a really warm welcome and she was very helpful and informative about the place, restaurants, booking the ferries etc. We stayed just for one night. Check-in and check-out went smooth. Nice, cozy, clean room, comfy bed also complimentary drinks and snacks were a nice touch. We would recommend this place and its peaceful location. It was our first visit to Oban and we would go back again in the future :)

Minimal contact with hosts.

Great location near the Pulpit Hill viewpoint (good parking spot) and only about a 10 minute walk into town. The room was nice and clean with a comfy bed and a great bathroom.

The owner was very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The room was clean and tidy and the premises was only a short, easy drive from the ferry terminal.

As I settled down for the night, I found that the sound of talking and walking around from the room above was a bit annoying. Luckily I was able to find some earplugs in my travel bag.

Il navigatore, se impostato direttamente d a Booking, ti porta altrove. Concetto di pulizia un po’ fantasioso.
