The location was good to the Wild About Argyll bikepacking route for an overnighter.

It’s tough to please everyone - but reaching out to accommodate cyclists is a great way to boost business. The demographic that is cycle touring these days is flush with cash happy to pay for comfort. The bikes we ride are likely worth more than our cars! Ha ha. In providing a safe and secure indoor or even outdoor - locked space you reach out to that group and attract their business and show them that you understand their needs.
