D'une propreté extrême. Bien place proche gare pise centrale. Petit déjeuner très copieux. L'hôte vraiment réactive et d'une grande gentillesse. Je recommande

- Everything exactly as described, big room – no unpleasant surprises - kind and welcoming host - only two rooms in the establishment: one with a private bathroom, the other with a bathroom across the hall; plus a shared kitchen – creates a personal, homely atmosphere, if desired - walking distance to the central station as well as to A airport – truly unique in Europe! - also within walking distance of the historic center - located in a residential area with cafés nearby – rather calm despite being close to the airport - possibility to leave luggage after checkout - easy and uncomplicated key return

- sink plug in the bathroom had not been cleaned for a while – everything else was very clean - Breakfast consists of toast, processed sliced cheese, pre-packaged croissants, sugary juices, yogurt, but no fruit or vegetables. Not my taste, and considering the price level, I would have expected slightly fresher or higher-quality options. As some guests may still enjoy this style of breakfast, it only had a minor impact on my overall rating.

Spacious room, luxurious bedding with blankets and duvets to adjust for warmth. Good varied breakfast including a nespresso machine and capsules restocked the day before which is great so you can choose what time you have breakfast or take items away with you, with fridge and cupboard items. Quality checks made at beginning of stay. Room was clean and a good location only 10 min walk to the train station on 2 different choice of routes or from Pisa airport.

The room is on a main road, under a flight path and lots of people pass the window with rolling suitcases. But the planes only fly in daytime hours so the suitcase noise is also mainly in daylight hours. Not much the owner can do about that though and there are window shutters to block out daylight.
