The property was well situated for public transport, attractions and the city centre. Carlo is the nicest person! Very accommodating, even collected us from the airport! We loved our stay! Excellent value for money.

Honestly, we couldn’t fault Carlo or the property.

"Goede prijs, fijne plek ,gewoon doen"

De locatie naar pisa centrum is erg fijn. Gratis je auto parkeren en voor de deur. Fijne grote tuin met schaduw en zon, goed verlicht voot als je wat langer in de tuin wil blijven.

Was gehorig mbt tot andere mensen die in de b en b verblijven. Ontbijt was wat zuinig

Personale gentile e posizione molto buona, con una camminata si arriva in centro. Stanza silenziosa.

La colazione una grande sorpresa negativa: scarsa e frugale. Il prezzo pagato è molto lontano da quanto viene offerto. Peccato.

"Central, safe and beautiful apartment."

The apartment was central and only 15 minute walk to the tower which was amazing. The apartment itself was roomy and the balcony was lovely. As a female solo traveller O felt very safe, and Carlo picked me up from the airport for only €15 each way which was cheap and convenient.

The bed was slightly too hard but nothing that didn’t stop me from sleeping, I am just being picky.

"Absolutely perfect stay, highly recommend"

(I usually don’t leave reviews but this B&B was so amazing that I really have to leave one.) The B&B was spacious, beautiful, comfortable and very homely. Carlo has kept the space so clean and nice. The location was perfect - a 15 min walk from the main sights and restaurants but in a quiet, green location. Carlo was an excellent host. We opted for the breakfast and truly enjoyed it. He also offers massage services and it was honestly the best massage I’ve had in my life.
