"Okayish"

Room is spacious and clean. Gives posh feeling.

So many things 1. So many different noises coming in the room from outside the building. The noise used to even stop in between. As i was alone girl in the room, it gave me a spooky feeling. Thrice I woke up from deep sleep. Upon contacting reception they did send someone to check but the guy had no idea from where the noise was coming. Later on the reception guy called to tell many guests have complained about such noises. I was surprised that nothing has been done about it. 2. I checked in at 12 am (night) and their checkout time is 11.30. So I had already paid in full and asked the reception guy to give me just half an hour extra while checking out for which he refused stubbornly citing various reasons. So I did not like this attitude. I think it should have been considered. So would not recommend.

"Disappointing"

"Stay was good but have some maintenance and hospitality issues."

Connectivity, Location and Breakfast was good.

early check in was not happened which i already informed one day in advance and ready to pay extra amount. it was disappointed me and i took permission from my boss to allow me work from hotel. and No wifi was provided. staff was said will provide the wifi pwd in 5 minutes but could not. the next day morning NO HOT WATER for bath. the service boy knocked the door and said your check out time over @ 10.30am:-(

"WORST TO WORST EXPERIENCE"

Inspite of confirmed booking made through Booking.com for 2 rooms, they provide us only One room. We showed them Hotel confirmation voucher but they sold thier room to other guest on higher rates. We compelled to shift in other hotel on higher rates inspite of advance booking. Booking.com should blacklist such hotels as we will never make any bookings from BOOKING.COM now onwards.
