One of the better hotels in Kharadi, good location, plenty of food options in and around the hotel. Comfortable to stay and clean environment.

Delayed power backup is an issue.

"Very disappointed"

I’m extremely disappointed with my recent stay at your hotel. The room provided did not match the description at the time of booking. I was initially offered a shared room, which I declined, and then given a small single room without proper cleanliness. The room had two single beds instead of the promised double bed, the pillowcases were dirty, the room temperature was uncomfortably warm due to a malfunctioning air conditioning unit, and the TV was not working. This experience was far below my expectations, and I request a formal apology and a partial refund for the inconvenience caused.
