Giuseppe and his wife make every effort to be great hosts. They make you feel welcome, and are nearby if needed. The location is so central and handy for strolling, shopping, and cafes. Sora is a pretty and even sleepy community with lovely water and mountain views and friendly people. The unit is spacious and well-stocked, and we have enjoyed both stays very much. We also enjoy the private outdoor seating area.

no issues at all. Fyi: There are stairs to the bedroom, for those with mobility issues. But everything worked very well, and the small kitchen, and breakfast baskets are a nice extra.

Guiseppe and his wife are such wonderful, warm, pleasant hosts who live in the attached building next door. This one-bedroom suite is cozy and comfortable, and in a central, but quiet, location in central Sora. We were delighted with this stay, and found the hosts and community members to be kind and generous. The Italian breakfast, and mini kitchen, was a nice bonus, as was the private outdoor seating area. grazie mille!

A wonderful stay! Our host was so friendly and helpful...immediately made us feel very welcome and at home. We stayed in a 2-level apt attached to the owner's home. The space was very cozy, with lots of art and all the amenities. Being able to have breakfast there with use of a full kitchen was also especially nice. Easy walking distance to centro storico. What a difference staying in a private home where it was possible to engage in conversation with our kind host and have some personal connection to a place, unlike in larger hotel settings. Made all the difference!

Excellent B&B in lovely town . Hosts very welcoming and friendly. All facilities were superb,very well situated close to town centre but very quiet. Off street parking a bonus. Highly recommend.
