Rugalmasak és segítőkészek voltak mindenben.

Nem volt ilyen.

The owner was very rude. I requested a baby cot but did not get it. Sent a message before arrival but got no response. When i called before arrival he was very rude because i called the place an apartment instead a pansion. The place was very dirty, the carpet in the room smelled like pee, everything was dusty, there were spiders in the corner and the bedsheets were not changed, there were crumbs underneath the pillows, hair on the sheets and they were crumpled, clearly visible that someone slept in them. There is no one on the reception so we left the money in the key box. The owner called after we left to check if we paid and asked if we filled out some kind of paperwork in the room. We did not as he didn’t inform us it was mandatory. For that he said he will have to cancel the booking, that booking.com will send me an email to which i should not respond. When I told him that doesn’t work for me, he got rude, said we have to come back to fill out that form but we already left. I hung up the phone as I had no intention listening to his rudeness.

Közel van a tópart.

A fürdőszoba nem volt tiszta. Nem volt wc papír. A wcben dugulás volt, nem nagyon folyt le. A hűtő nem üzemelt. A szállásadó nehezen volt elérhető, a szoba kulcsra sokat kellett várni, nem vette fel a telefont. Ajánlotta, hogy kávézzunk nyugodtan, csak kávé nem volt feltöltve a kávé gépbe 🤣 Stb, stb, stb..

Kényelmes, tágas szoba; a családi lakosztálynak saját konyhája is volt. Az ablakból látni a tavat és a szállás közel van mind a szabadstrandhoz, mind pedig a városhoz. A tulaj közvetlen és segítőkész, a kommunikáció problémamentes. A szállás rossz idő esetén is több opciót kínál az időtöltésre (pingpong, darts, biliárd). A booking útvonaltervezője pár házzal odébbi célt jelöl meg, de egy kisebb, fehér tábla jelzi, hogy melyik utcán (zsákutca) kell befordulni a parkolóhoz, ami segít az odajutásban.

Az 1-es út és a tóparton lévő fröccsterasz (szerencsére csak szombati) zenéje miatt igencsak zajos. Csukott ablakkal nem okoz problémát, de légkondi híján nagy melegben nyitott ablaknál zavaró tud lenni.
