- Very clean - Very nice rooms - Friendly people, willing to help

There is some space in between the windows, being quite annoying due to the following reasons: - hazard of mosquitoes entering the room during night - noise of other guests and roosters/dogs getting in easily. For instance, we were awake before 7am due to children playing in the pool. Implementation of some houserules could also prevent this in the future. Nevertheless, overall, the accomodation was still very good and I would recommend it to go there!

Loved the location .. out of the hustle and bustle but a short gojeck ride away if you want to go anywhere .. choices of places to eat .. my favourite was the local who did chicken satay and rice on the side of the road .. delicious 😋

I loved the Wyan and his family .. made me feel very welcome . I stayed for 11 days and did not want to leave ! The rooms were big .. pool lovely and was nice to be away from the hustle and bustle of centre ubud but still close enough to go in when I wanted to .

The owner and his family are absolutely warm and so nice. Very lovely atmosphere. You’ve got the possibility to rent a scooter for a very good price. Thank you for everything. ☀️

Great stay, good breakfast and good people. Rooms are really good.

The pool wasn’t clean, wished it was. Also wished if they kept water refill. We were out of drinking water in the night.

Had a great stay here! The location is lovely. The owner, Wayan, was so kind and helpful! Would definitely recommend!
