"Nice location to rest outside of the traffic of Ubud"

price (60€ for 3 nights !) lovely swimming pool clean

can be a bit noisy if kids are playing around the pool in early morning you need a taxi ( 50 to 100k rp one way each time you want to go to Ubud )

great pool! decent sized rooms and good wifi. clean, good value for money. I stayed here as I was volunteering at BAWA so it was a short scooter ride away which was great! can hire scooter there too.

bathroom bit smelly and no ventilation. there was an error with their listing - the rooms are definitely not 40m2. it also said it came with breakfast included but it didn’t. a few people had the same issue. the owner said he would give it to me though which was nice. I ended up paying for it because I was happy to, and he didn’t even say thank you. wasn’t very helpful when I asked if he could order me some transport. not much to do in the area.

The location is perfect if you're looking for a peaceful stay. It's ~30 mins from Ubud center and there is a waterfall 15 mins walk from the house. The place is a real bargain: comfortable room, clean pool, with shared kitchen and dining area. Kudos to Pak Wayan who went all out to ensure we enjoyed our stay during Nyepi. He also provided dropoff to the airport the next day.

The shower broke, the water heater worked fine though. However it was Nyepi, so it's understandable if it can't be fixed immediately.

the property is down a very quiet street in a small village of 160 people, it is very close to a new waterfall run by locals and east access to central ubud and some small local restaurants and shops. it is so peaceful and relaxing and you get breakfast and coffees made every day if you choose that option. staff were wonderful and the place is so stunning.
